Asbury Towers is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). We offer a lifestyle with independence and the security of available skilled care when needed. A variety of options within the continuum of care are available. Each lifestyle option is designed to meet unique needs and maximize quality of life.
Rehabilitation Programs
Asbury Towers has a dedicated in-house rehabilitation team consisting of licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists that are fully committed to restoring and improving your quality of life. We have therapy programs for Short-Term Rehabilitation after a surgery or hospital stay as well as inpatient rehabilitation, ongoing restoration and wellness programs and education for our residents and their families.

Skilled Nursing Care Center
Asbury Towers provides a safe and secure Skilled Nursing option for those residents who require 24 hour care. Our Skilled Nursing Care area is licensed by the State of Indiana and accepts most insurance plans as well as hospice options.
Assisted Living
As a resident may need additional nursing services, they may remain in their apartment and receive all the services above plus assistance with medication, personal care and daily living activities.
